Can't edit pro

Hello,

I am contacting you regarding a critical issue in EA Sports FC 26 Pro Clubs that has been affecting my account for over 3 weeks.

I am completely unable to edit my Pro. All customization options are locked, including appearance, name, and number. This makes the game mode partially unplayable for me.

I have already tried all standard troubleshooting steps:

- Restarting the game and console (PS4)

- Rebuilding the database

- Logging out and back into my EA account

- Waiting for several weeks in case of a server-side fix

None of these solutions have worked.

This clearly appears to be an account-specific issue, not a local or temporary bug. I am asking you to investigate my account and resolve this problem WITHOUT requiring me to delete my Pro and lose all my progress.

I have invested significant time into this Pro Clubs player, and losing progress due to a technical issue is not acceptable.

Please escalate this issue if necessary and provide a proper solution.
