Avatar pro club save failed
Pro Clubs Avatar Save Failed Error – FC 26 (PlayStation) Hello EA Support Team, I am experiencing an issue in EA SPORTS FC 26 on PlayStation with Pro Clubs. Whenever I try to save any changes to my Pro Clubs player (avatar appearance, name, or edits), I receive the following error message: “PRO_CLUB_AVATAR_SAVE_FAILED_ERROR” I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps: - Restarting the game and console (full shutdown) - Checking internet connection - Logging out and back into my EA account - Making minimal changes and saving - Trying at different times The issue still persists. It appears to be a server-side or account-related issue, as no changes can be saved at all. Platform: PlayStation Game Mode: Pro Clubs Game: EA SPORTS FC 26 Please investigate this issue and advise on a fix or reset for my Pro Clubs profile. Thank you for your support. Matchmaking Issues I'll start by saying I love Pro Clubs, been a part of a top 50 global team for 2 years now. Matchmaking at the highest level is horrendous. Multiple top 100 teams ducking each other. Croydon Rovers, Arne Slotsmen to name a few who will back out the moment they see a top side yet matchmaking is so overly tight that you literally cannot match anyone else. It sometimes takes upwards of an hour to find a game because teams refuse to play us. Please EA consider the following- Punish teams who back out pre lobby. This should award a loss to the offending team. Their artificial rank will soon slip. Widen the parameters of matchmaking. Users should not be punished for wanting to climb the leaderboard or spend more time looking at a menu than in game.
Unable to connect to EA servers on clubs and online friends playing
Hello, I’m just enquiring i’ve been paying on EA sports FC 26 and then for some reason I’ve got a message saying and able to connect to the EA sports servers check your Internet connection and try again that’s for clubs and playing friends online so I can’t play them now but I can play rivals and other stuff but no clubs or online play for friends it was working but not now and season progress that’s not working either but all works on PS4 version so I don’t know what’s going on. I tried everything to sort it but nothing getting it sorted. I can’t play clubs of friends online on PS5 version, but I can play it all on a PS4 version actually on a PS5 console
Hot Join functionality - Feedback Thread
Hey everyone, we just enabled Hot Join functionality in Clubs League, Playoff, and Friendly matches on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X\S, and PC versions of EA SPORTS FC 26. With Hot Join, players can now join an in-progress Clubs League, Playoff, or Friendly match, allowing one substitution per team. This feature is designed to make it easier for Clubs players to participate in matches, even if they're joining late. Let us know what you think of this new functionality. We've received lots of feedback about this from our Clubs Community and would like to know if this is a welcome addition and works well or what you would see improved on.
