Career Icons Disappear After Restarting Game

I'm not going to sit back until this huge (bug) source of extreme frustration gets addressed!!

it's very very frustrating that I have to put Icons/Heroes every time I login in and create a new save from scratch?? It makes no sense that even a career save removes them just by logging back??

Come on EA you guys are doing great things this year and I really appreciate it. Please don't let this bug be a breaking point for us. Please please fix it.
