Career Manager Transfer Request Bug

Greetings,

I know that there has been some issues concerning the new contract system in career mode. I also know that there has been two updates adressing some of the issues.

Sadly there is one extreme issue that really destroys the whole career mode for me. I stopped playing this mode because of the following bug:

Players, that play most of the time (and even all the time) request a transfer request saying that they do not get enough playing time. I have tested this bug with various clubs in career mode. That way you can lose half of the squad this way which makes this mode pretty much useles. 

I have attached some screenshots to show this problem. In my Norwich City career mode, Cordoba requested a transfer requst allthough he had 20 games in 21 leagues games (17 in the league 3 in the cup).

Jus a few days later, Duffy, who I have jusst singed a new contract with (!), put in a transfer request too, with the same reason of not having enough playing time. He had 10 games in 22 league games. 

This doesnt make sense. I am pretty certain, that other players would have done the same stupid transfer request. I do hope, that this will get fixed in the next update, otherwise I dont see any reason to play career mode.
