Career Mode – Issues and Suggestions for Improvement

Hello EA Team,

I love Career Mode in EA FC 26, but I’ve noticed several issues and have suggestions that could make the experience more realistic and enjoyable:

• Transfers & Loans: Players loaned to clubs in the 5 simulated leagues often have hidden stats, which must be checked manually. Players submitting transfer requests sometimes cannot be sold or negotiated with.
• Youth Academy & Juniors: Many juniors have repeated or generic names. Player appearances do not always reflect nationality. PlayStyle+ is inconsistent – even 80+ OVR players may not get a gold style. No training for penalties or free kicks – juniors always have weak stats in these areas.
• Simulation & Player Development: Simulated matches can ignore tactics, substitutions, or contracts. Junior development is uneven. A 5-star team often cannot beat a 1-star team, which breaks immersion.
• Overall Immersion & Realism: Lack of variety in names and appearances makes the academy feel generic. Improving appearances, stats, and simulation logic would enhance realism and enjoyment.
