Career Sharpness Issue

Hello everyone,

I'm currently playing the start of my second season and have an issue with player sharpness - it won't go higher than 80!

No matter what training plan is selected, while I can achieve 100% fitness, I cannot achieve higher than 80% sharpness.  

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?  Is it a bug from the latest patch?
