Club name is spelled wrong in EA database because of ä

Hello, I have a club named Torjäger VFC. Somehow my club name is spelled as Torjäger VFC in EA FC data base. 

I dont understand why EA cannot translate a simple Ä umlaut from German language into their server.

Because of this misspelling i am unable to find my club and link it in VPG website (https://virtualprogaming.com) to enter a competition. 

I tried copy pasting the name Torjäger VFC to VPG it doesnt work. I tried other spellings also doesnt work. Can someone from EA please fix my club name in their database?
