Clubs Bugs

Hello everyone. 

I need help. I played clubs on PS5 version normally, created my avatar and that stuff. But then, other friend told me to play clubs with him, but he has a PS4, so I also installed the PS4 version, but I cannot access clubs on PS4, it says "Can't connect to EA servers, check connection", I can play everything but that. But in the PS5 version I can play normally clubs, but in PS4 I can't even access to create an avatar. Does anyone know a solution to this? Or how can I access it in both version? I can't play clubs on both versions?
