Clubs Playoff Rewards Problem

My team finished 20th in the Elite Division Playoffs, I had the club favourited and when I logged in I got the splash screen confirming we were top 1% and that I should receive 100k coins and a durag.

I don't think I have received the durag and I only received around 50k clubs coins (Current total is 80K and I have 25-30k last night), some others others in the clubs have the same issue. Two people from the club got the correct amount of coins.

Please resolve.
