"Contract Already Accepted" status bug in Career Mode

I saw a complain about this since the start of December and it has not been fixed up to now i am unable to enjoy youth focused career modes because i cant see their potential status , this is very poor customer service again by EA and its really sad how a minor bug hasn't been fixed for month do the devs not care at all ?
