Error When Editing Player in Clubs

I cant edit my pro's appereance , it doesnt work , Eror every time.

    One thing to try 213928690​, unequip everything from your pro, ensuring that you remove everything down to arm sleeves, and then try saving it again to see what happens.

Already did , yesterday.  they said they have no way to solve it.  so i wonder what should i do...
