Evolution Bug Stuck at 4/3 Matches - Case #241900061 - 30 Days No Fix

Hello,

I am writing this because I have exhausted all options with Live Chat support. For 30 days, my AcademySlotEVO has been stuck at 4/3 matches completed. I have completed 8 other evolutions without issues, but this one is broken.

have spoken to 6 different agents, and my latest case (#241900061) was marked as 'No Fix Available'. This is unacceptable for a loyal player. I am not looking for compensation; I just want a technical specialist to look at my account and manually fix the progress or reset the evolution so I can finish it.

Can a Community Manager please look into this and escalate it to the actual dev team?

    "Check this out! Even after the match, the server is rejecting my progress with a 'mismatch' error. This confirms the bug is deeper than just a visual glitch. It’s a database sync issue. Can we get a specialist here?"

    "Unbelievable! EA Support just marked my case #241900061 as 'FIXED' and CLOSED it without doing anything! (See attached photo). The issue is STILL there, I’m still stuck at 4/3, and the server still rejects my matches. Marking a broken case as 'Fixed' is unacceptable. I need a Community Manager to reopen this and escalate it to the dev team immediately. This is total misinformation!"
