I’ve recently started playing pro clubs with my friends and all of them except me have received a 20k AXP consumable apart from me. I’ve searched to try to figure out the issue and I don’t know why I’m not receiving it, I have all the communications settings enable which seems to be the common issue so really don’t know what else I’m missing.

Community ManagerAs I said in my original post I had all my communication settings enabled, and still didn’t receive it. I had access to the closed beta for fc 26 because I had the settings turned on so I really don’t see why I didn’t receive this.
This sounds like an account entitlement or rollout sync issue rather than a settings problem. If your communication settings are already enabled, I’d check whether the reward was tied to a specific promo window, platform account, or EA account link. Also try restarting the game, checking the Clubs inbox or rewards area, and following a basic troubleshooting guide before opening a support ticket, because these consumables sometimes reach accounts in waves.
