I go through the terrible new UI for entering manager career mode, and I navigate carefully to the load save option (instead of it just being like last year on the front page which was way easier to use might I add). Then I go to the save I want to use, and I get stuck on a blank screen where I cannot select anything or exit or anything, I have to close the game down.
Please fix this as it is atrocious and completely unacceptable.
The same happened to me after the fckn new update my career save got deleted I always created 2 saves and one control point in case my one of the files get corrupted but guess what after the update all my files got deleted all wow EA thanks
FC 26 career mode keeps crashing, tried everything

cannot believe, this is an issue at all. ok, you have a corrupted save, why brick the game? no option to start a new one, nothing.
Guys, I think I found the SOLUTION to this problem.
1. Start the game without connecting to servers.
2. Go to Career Mode without connecting to servers.
3. Load your needed save. Then you can connect to servers.
Here We Go! 😉
