FC26 Careers: Player Absent Indefinitely and home sick

Same problem for me.  Even after being nice and the player coming back and saying “thank you, I’m feeling much better now” they stay unhappy and end up submitting a transfer request.  EA sports never ever seem to get things right… one step forward then two back with each release.
