Game Intro Crash in Career Mode PS5

I keep getting a crash in career mode on PS5 especially during champions league game intros.

My steps to reproduce:

• I started career mode with championship team Middlesborough
• Won FA Cup to qualify for Europa league following season
• Following season qualified for champions league
• Following season the crash start happening especially in knock-out phase of champions league, almost 99% of time.

Plus, if you restart the game after the crash and try the same game it still crashes. The only way to avoid it is to skip the game intro scene.

Also why don't EA look at Playstation crash reports, I always opt-in to send the crash report of the game.
