Heroes Assemble Rush

i played 3 games in rush “Hero assemble” since last night. but i did not get any “rush points” or progress in corresponding objectives. (I play with my PS5)

is there any special setting i missed? how to make sure i can get rewards when i play rush mode? can i get back those missing rewards for games i played before?
