Pro Clubs infinite sub time

A team tries to sub on a player and the game constantly says “Sub(s) warming up. Please wait!” 
There is no work around and forces you to quit the game. In my case, I also bought an AXP booster with FC Points and it caused the game to not count. 
This bug has been in since the introduction of substitutions in ProClubs and reported many of time.
