Securing your Steam account was a really good first step. Please also make sure to go through these steps for your EA Account as well, especially if your Steam account may have been unlinked. It would also be a good idea to make sure your email account is secured too.

After that, the best next step would be to contact the support team so they can help look into unlinking the Steam account from the other EA Account. Since this involves private account details, it isn’t something we’d be able to verify or handle here on the forums.
