Pro clubs appearance

I’m on PS5 and my Pro Clubs player cannot save any appearance changes. Every time I try, I get PRO_CLUB_AVATAR_SAVE_FAILED_ERROR. I’ve already restarted the game, removed all cosmetics, deleted my local PS5 save data, and the issue has been happening for several days
