I can't play clubs

Hello, I'm from a PC specifically from a laptop, I have an RTX 3050 and 16GB of ram, resolved that yesterday I was playing in UT the game is going excellent, but when I entered clubs for the first time, I suffered excessively high lows that reached up to 5fps, is it an error of the game or how can I do to fix it or is it an error of the FC?
