Manager Career Mode Issues

I feel your pain, I had 3 players I just signed in the fall transfer window of year 2 of my Manager Career ask for transfers because i wouldn't (Couldn't) renegotiate their salaries, when they were already 3 of the highest paid players on my team. I extended one player's contract by a year and the year was not added to his deal, so I lost him to transfer request because I could not re-negotiate since I had "just recently negotiated a new contract". Career mode was already the least attended part of the game (because it makes no extra money in packs or perks or points for EA) but its gotten nearly unplayable at this point.
