manager career mode match day bug

hi everyone. for the past days i've been experiencing a bug in manager career mode. on match day, when i select play match the screen remains pure black but the background music is still playing and in order to fix it i have to restart the games 2-3 times. another bug that i encountered is that at half time if resume the game in order for the 2nd half to start but then i pause the game back instantly because i forgot to make a sub or something else the screen appears as the game is paused but in reality the 2nd half already started and because of this bug my match was ruined as my team conceded a goal in the first 2 minutes of the 2nd half.
