Manager market career mode

It's great that EA now offers a manager market and you can always see who has a secure job and who doesn't. You can also keep an eye on (favorite) clubs and get messages when something happens there. Well, that's really all the positive things you can say about it. Because it seems to me as if a lot of things are just random when it comes to job security. Teams fighting against relegation, regardless of the league, see no need to fire or replace the manager. Whether it's matchday 10 or 30, the manager is firmly in the saddle. In reality, you can count the clubs that do this on one hand. But Vincent Kompany resigns from FC Bayern in the middle of the season. When they're 3 points behind the league leaders and in 2nd place. And the fact that I, as an established 1st division coach, get rejections from 2nd division clubs I apply to... well, yeah. So you could say the manager market is just as messed up as it was in previous versions, the only difference being that I can now view all the clubs. And I don't even want to get started on where EA gets my manager's rating from to "tell" other clubs: "He's a good fit for you or you should reject him."
Well, maybe there's still a bug hidden there and it will be fixed with a patch. One can dream.
