Manager Market Missed a Trick

Manager market really doesn't feel like it's a new feature. All it does is "let" you seek a new job, which doesn't actually work more often than not. I feel like EA missed an opportunity here to almost add an Owner Mode element by actually allowing you to check the morale of other managers and choose to appoint one of them at your club.
