Missing debut icon

Hi!
I pre-ordered EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Edition on September 9 (for Xbox Series S), but I didn’t receive the Debut Icon bonus. My friend pre-ordered the same Ultimate Edition on September 7, on PS5 and he did receive the Debut Icon. Since both of us pre-ordered after the August early access deadline, I’d like to ask if this is a known issue, and if there’s any way I could receive the bonus as well. I recently spoke with one of your colleague and said I should contact the Microsoft Team as I purchased the game via Microsoft store. The Microsoft Team said that the it is not their territorry so I should contact the EA team again. So here we are again. I understand that I ordered the game later than the debut icon deadline, but my friend as well and still got somehow the icon, which should be not fair.
