No points from Squad Battles

Today i played the last games for my Squad Battles, and this wast the last match to get 16/16. Why i didnt get points?

Same just happened to me and cost me gold 1! Only bought the game on ps5 a few days ago and it's so buggy! It's April! EA have really just phoned it in haven't they.
I had this issue before, are you really sure it wasn't already 16/16? If so then that's why it doesn't award the points.
It could be DNF penalty. If you have been quitting matches in any fut mode this penalty stacks and when combined with 4 red cards and playing on beginner it will give you this.Just tell me your difficulty and I could figure it out.
