Online Draft Whole team AI disabled (PC)

Hi, after spending 15k coins on a online FUT draft game, on the first round game i have tried to play a game only to be met with my whole team being uncontrollable and not moving, allowing the opponent to dribble through me and score. I am very unhappy with what has happened and it is the first time this has ever happened, can i get my 15k coins back? Can i get a new draft pick? Can this bug be solved so other PC players dont experience this.

In the videos, notice how the opponents team has no player "icon" above the highlighed ball playing player and my whole team has "icons" above, indicating they are being controlled by something other than myself. 

This is a really bad bug for online draft mode.
