When I start a career mode all the players in the squad are not willing to renew contracts need help on how to fix

I'm also not a fan of this. But one just needs to play a few games, and then most of the players will approach you and ask for a new contract. And then you just need to make it a long one, since you can't know when they'll be open to negotiations again.
