Thanks EA_Darko. Could you please advise how to enable them in-game? I've looked in the settings, however, I can't seem to see anything pertaining to marketing preferences.
Can we get an update on this please? We've followed the advised guidance and the post was marked as 'Solved', however, the guidance we were provided hasn't addressed the issue.
Classic EA. Show up, spout a BS solution that is the equivalent to ‘have you tried turning it off and on again’ and then disappear and refuse to engage when their ‘solution’ proves useless.
