Pro clubs division 2 title winning game

Get all the way to last game in Division 2 to get into Division 1 and winning then boom kicks us off gotta win at least 5 more games now can you reinstate us?

The passing is 'off' compared to before. It's less certain. Passes missing the obvious player and going to another team mate or straight to the opposition. Being muscled off the ball more often too....
