Matchmaking Issues

I'll start by saying I love Pro Clubs, been a part of a top 50 global team for 2 years now.

Matchmaking at the highest level is horrendous. Multiple top 100 teams ducking each other. Croydon Rovers, Arne Slotsmen to name a few who will back out the moment they see a top side yet matchmaking is so overly tight that you literally cannot match anyone else. It sometimes takes upwards of an hour to find a game because teams refuse to play us. 

Please EA consider the following-

Punish teams who back out pre lobby. This should award a loss to the offending team. Their artificial rank will soon slip.

Widen the parameters of matchmaking. Users should not be punished for wanting to climb the leaderboard or spend more time looking at a menu than in game.
