Rush - no teammates found

After content today - I have been unable to find teammates in Rush. 

It takes 10 seconds when clicking on Rush before the The Back to 1966! shows up. When clicking Find Teammates it searches for some time and comes up with the No teammates found. 

I also tried in a party with the same outcome.
