Rush problem

Rush might be one of the most unenjoyable game modes on FC, the reason is the player base.
Sometimes when I want to complete evolutions or want the free packs you can get by accumulating rush points each week, I will force myself to play the game mode and by about 2/3 games in the experience would have hit a level of unbearableness that I decide its just better to evo my players in Rivals and not collect the free (not free because you are forced to spend time) rewards for hitting --- Rush points.

It has been the exact same since rush was introduced where a individual player out of the 4 you are matched with can ruin the experience for the other 3 forcing people to afk or just straight up leave. trying to dribble every time on the ball without actual knowledge of how to dribble on the game in positions where if tackled they are 1 on 1 with the keeper seems to be the go to play these guys do. 
it genuinely makes the experience unbearable and currently there is nothing implemented to resolve or improve the game mode ( I know this game mode means nothing but if you win a game you get around 2x more points than losing which means your completing the challenge in half the games)

I am no game dev and I also do not mind players being bad at the game but when people act certain ways ruining experiences for other consumers out of spite, it is typically not good for the growth or health of the game and needs to be dealt with.
Especially if its having a effect on the level of fun other players are having whilst playing your game.

Here are a few things you could implement that would drastically change the experience players are having in this game mode.

  1. A vote to kick system that requires 3 of the 4 players to vote yes on a player and remove them from the match a few offences are let off the hook but then give a 5 minute ban to players from only the rush game mode potentially scaling ( it wouldn't be right to ban a player from playing any other game mode)
  2. A report system that actually works or has a certain effect on a account that will only que them with other accounts that are being reported for match throwing as much as they are and allow them to all just ruin the experience for each other.
    Potentially a thumbs up or thumbs down system at the end of the match could be a easier way to implement something like this.  

    Option 1 would solve this problem overnight but is quiet a extreme option 
    Option 2 would allow players to feel what they are doing to other people and potentially change there ways. 

    Currently the rush game mode unless queuing with friends is probably 7 times out of 10 a painful experience and its never anything to do with the score line.
