Rush punishment

If i decide to quit a rush game after going 4-0 down due to my team mates been utter [REMOVED] i should not be punished im trying to get objectives done and i cant if my team mates seem happy that they finally made a pass this punishment should only count for those inactive not us who can not stay in a game with three dingleberrys 

It needs sorting having to sit 30mins before playing again when im the one trying to win games
