Serie A and Serie B ratings

Hi, recently I applied to a data collector/editor, EA told me there’s no vacants, which it’s understandable, but my problem it’s that this year Serie B leaders are Frosinone and there’s it’s literally only 3 players in that team that received updates on their rating and one of them was a downgrade in potential, I don’t understand how that can be possible, I just want to know if this year we should not expect any updates in general in serie A and B.

same thing with Serie a, many teams and players that are performing well are not upgraded.
