Subject: Player Career match tracker bugged / Objective not registering progress

I am writing to report a frustrating issue with the objective tracking system. I am trying to complete the objective for 1,000 XP to unlock the 90x5 pack. The requirement states that I need to play 6 full matches in Player Career mode.I have currently played around 15 full matches, but my objective counter has been stuck at 5/6 and refuses to update. Because of this tracking glitch, I am now missing out on the pack rewards despite putting in more than enough time and completing the requirements.Could you please look into why Player Career matches are failing to register toward objective progression? I would appreciate it if this could be fixed and the missing XP/rewards could be granted to my account. Thank you.P.S this was definitely the message i typed out.
