Team Management Manager Career Mode Bug

When I enter the team management section before and during a game, it will not let me make substitutions. I choose the player I want to sub and it doesn’t process. It tells me I’m out of substitutions when I have all of my substitutions. New lineups and tactics don’t save. This all happens in Kickoff and in manager career mode
