Ultimate Team stuck – no manager, cannot play matches

I accidentally quick sole my manager in ultimate Team. 
Now my squad has no manager and the game Dora not allow me to play any matches.

I am completely stuck an cannot progress.

The transfer market is locked on companion and Web app, so I cannot buy a new manager.
