Unable to Save/Edit Pro in Clubs

I am unable to edit anything in appearance on my pro; it just says pro club avatar save failed error. No matter what I try and what I edit from number to hair, etc it won’t let me save it. Tried uninstalling the game and everything and it still won’t work. Help?

    Hi bigshalan​,

    I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue. Could you try taking off any new items and then try again?

    Specifically, a few players have reported issues with a set of arm sleeves preventing them from saving their avatars, so I'm wondering if you could have run into the same thing. 

    Please let me know the results, so I can follow up on this.

    how do i take the arm sleeve off? i have the same issue and an arm sleeve that's on the wrong arm and that i don't even have. any changes just won't save and won't display messages. im playing on an xbox one fat.

    Same problem here I would wear long sleeves and didn’t realise this blue arm sleeve was equipped under it and I’ve tried every trick in the book I might need ea to reset my avatar

    Hi EA_Mio,

    I have the same issue on PS5, but I don’t have the blue arm sleeve bug.

    My avatar loads correctly and I can play Clubs normally.

    However, every single change (hair, face, accessories, boots, name, etc.) gives PRO_CLUB_AVATAR_SAVE_FAILED_ERROR.

    I have already:

    • Removed all cosmetics.
    • Restarted the game and console.
    • Reinstalled the game.
    • Deleted the local save data.

    Could you please check if my Pro Clubs avatar/profile is corrupted on the server and, if possible, reset it?

    Hello EA Support Team,

    I am experiencing an issue with EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC (Steam) in Pro Clubs.

    Whenever I try to save any changes to my Pro Clubs player, I receive the following error message:

    “PRO_CLUB_AVATAR_SAVE_FAILED_ERROR”

    The issue happens with any type of customization. I cannot save changes to my avatar appearance (including preset faces), hairstyle, or even simple changes like the kit number.

    My Pro Clubs player still works correctly: I can play matches and keep my XP and progress, but no customization changes can be saved.

    I have already tried:

    • Restarting the game and my PC completely
    • Restarting Steam and EA App
    • Logging out and back into my EA account
    • Clearing the EA App cache
    • Repairing/verifying game files
    • Making only small changes before saving

    The problem is still present. It seems to be related to my Pro Clubs profile or an EA server-side issue, because every save attempt fails.

    Platform: PC
    Launcher: Steam (EA App linked)
    Game: EA SPORTS FC 26
    Mode: Pro Clubs

    Could you please investigate my account/profile and help fix this issue or reset the affected Pro Clubs avatar data without deleting my progress?
