Unable to select a league when creating a Club in Manager Career

Anyone know if the create a club bug where you can’t swap out any team other than the premier league has been fixed ? CM note: Title edited for visibility

As you can see in the attachment, replacing a team in Manager Career Mode is completely bugged making “create a club” unplayable.
