Hi
I am attempting the manager live objectives "International" tab which requires you to win the "Mens International Tournament" however I am unable to select a National team and it only allows me to select a club!!!
Ok so if you just continue it automatically makes you the manager of the national team in order to complete the objective.

I believe you'd need to start a new career to see the option to select a National Team in career mode.
When you're on the screen to select a Team, at the bottom, there should be an option to pick a National Team instead.
Can you find this same option in your game? Let me know.
