Ea fc 26 players glitched away on web app

Hello,

i have a question. I had Futties Kane and Futties Icon Morgan in my club and put them on the transferlist on the web app but they disappeared and there gone on my web app and on my ps5. They glitches away or smth. I looked at my quick sold items and I'm 100% sure I didn't put them in a sbc.

My tickets on the ea support don't work for some reason. I can write a ticket but it doesn't show on ,,my tickets".
