Pro Clubs und EAHub funktionieren nicht

Hello guys. 

unfortunately I can’t Open pro Clubs and es hub. It always Shows some error ? Could you please Tell me if that is a Common isssue ? Since i got eafc26  i was Never able to use These two things. Except of this i can Open Everything normally
