could you explain further? like you cant acces UT? carrer etc?

Yep can’t access anything other then learn to play 

I'm having the same issue keeps telling me to upgrade when I've pre ordered the ultimate edition 

Same issue here. Almost started doubting myself that I actually pre-ordered. Had to double check the bank account to make sure it actually went through.

I purchased the Ultimate Edition in august. 
I have Game Pass Ultimate. EA Play is included.

I uninstalled the game and am now reinstalling it.

I have the same issue on xbox, both the X|S version of the trial and the Xbox one version of the trial.

I have not pre ordered any version but the 10 hour trial is completely separate from the game. It's a trial.

Gives no options to play any of the game modes.

No acknowledgement from @EASFCDirect on x either.
