10 year old account without transfermarket access. Please help.

I decided to play this game with friends so I wanted to give it a try. They told me about some evolutions which would expire at content (in 6 hours), so I wanted to buy the players from the transfermarket after completing the required objectives. The transfermarket is still locked for another 17 hours now, which doesn’t make sense, since I’ve played FIFA/FC titles sinxe 2015.
