I have spent over 3000 USD on game points and four months of my precious time using the official mobile application to collect enough in game credit so that I could surprise my only child, with whom I can hardly spend any quality time but whom I deeply love.

After all the money and time spent in the last four month, EA SPORTS indiscriminately have taken all in game credit from the account!

Besides that my hard earned money was lost and all my efforts were in vain, they inconsiderately robbed us of these very rare moments of joy.

I have to say that it was a devastating moment, hardly comparable to any everyday experience.

For information: The company is NOT CONTACTABLE on any of its public phone numbers, which is absolutely unheard of.

I have requested information on all their very few online platforms about the direct contacts to their relevant departments, but I received no response.
