That's craap you've had to endure all of that. I'd guess that most (if not all) your replies were automated and not seen by an actual person (much like this forum feels) How can they not check your account to see what you do? Surely there must be someone who doesn't have their head up their arse that can help you? Good luck.
Yeah, man, you're spot on. The emails are either automated replies or just tell me to keep waiting, with no end in sight. The same goes for customer service—they told me to wait 10 days, which has already passed, or they just ask me to open a new ticket. It's utterly unhelpful, and I'm at my wit's end—I might just have to give up.
