account connection problem

I am experiencing an issue with my account on my PlayStation 5. I was unable to log into my EA account, so I decided to unlink my PlayStation account and then reconnect it.

After relinking the accounts, I logged back into the game and found that my entire EA Sports FC 26 progress had been reset. My level, Ultimate Team squad, and Pro Clubs character are all missing and my friends too, as if I am starting from a completely new account.

I believe my previous progress should still be associated with my account, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance in restoring it.
