Account got banned for no reason

Could anybody help me and get me in contact with someone that I can talk to about my account being banned for no reason. I have tried appealing the ban but I keep receiving the same ai response that they wont unban my account. I would like to talk to someone about why they may think that I was cheating in game. I would also like to receive proof or a good reason to why I was banned because ea have not been able to provide that.
